Pure Power Motorsports decided to modify a Mustang GT completely when they created this supreme car. They replaced the stock 4.6L engine with a 900 HP demon with a lot of performance modifications, advanced fuel injection, new turbochargers and intercooler to pump fresh air when this V8 heats up. They also changed the suspension for high speed use. The exterior they included a very nice grille, and also a spoiler which I don’t like. Also a lot of carbon fiber has been installed on exterior. Found this video on streetfire of a guy testing out a Shelby mustang Eleanor like the one in Gone In 60seconds. The car is just amazing and eye stunning, this is by far my favorite car. I know a Bugatti is over a million and does 0-60 in 2.5 but something about this car is just amazing, I love the way it sounds and looks. I like how they film from inside the car and it feels like you’re in it. Check it out

With gas prices rising smaller is becoming the new trend. Everything is downsizing, driving a big car now is “uncool”. Ford knows this and is going to make its next-generation 2010 Mustang look smaller. It’s rumored that the next Mustang is going to get more fuel efficient powertrains as well such as the 3.5 liter EcoBoost twin-turbo V6. I like the current generation mustang and hope the 2010 looks pretty much the same. What do you think of the new design?

For as long as I can remember, Mustangs have been an affordable car with power.The average GT will still run you less than $30,000, for many that is merely the starting point. Then their is the Mustang after market world, with distinguished companies like Saleen where you can customize the car greatly. One item in a mustang that is rare is a Aston Martin Vanquish V-12 engine, we feel this item should be more common. Speaking at the New York Auto Show, GM’s Vice Chairman Bob Lutz revealed that General Motors is considering a 4-cylinder for the new Chevrolet Camaro if fuel prices continue to hike. In particular, Lutz said that the drivetrain under consideration is the 260 Hp 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder unit from the Pontiac Solstice GXP. How would v-6 and v-8 american hungry buyers react to american muscle cars with 4 cylinders, even though they're high powered turbo engines. See when you think of muscle car, you think big engine, loud noise and fast car. So, how would it look when american cars are switching to 4 cylinders which will be quiet and not as fast. Should american companies continue to put big engines in them since they are muscle cars and represent a look to the car or go with popular trends and put 4 cylinder engines in them.
