Japanese tuning specialist Wald International has introduced a nice carbon outfit for the BMW M5 sedan. The aerodynamic kit consists of a front apron with integrated carbon fiber wings, side skirts, bolt-on carbon fiber air intake pockets, carbon fiber outline for the M5’s twin-kidney grille, a new lower rear bumper part with carbon fiber detailing and a carbon fiber deck lid spoiler. The carbon fiber body parts can be combined with a set of mutlispoke forged alloy wheels in black and new exhaust tailpipe outlets.

The German race car features a 485hp version of the 4.0L high-rev V8 engine, a race-tuned chassis, a significantly wider and lighter body and plenty of carbon-fiber pieces. The aggressive aerokit was developed using numerous F1 techniques including computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and wind tunnel analysis. The car also runs a new POWER400 ECU system, which does away with conventional relays and fuses and saves even more weight. -Check out awesome video below

The award winning V10 engine will be replaced with a twin-turbo V8. This is going against M-sport tradition because all M’s have big engines and this will be the first to get a smaller engine size. Don’t be disappointed though look at how great the twin-turbo is in the 335i and it’s really fast and I didn’t feel any lag when I drove it. The twin-turbo V8 will be obviously amazing and won’t be loud as a V10 but still a really fast car and should output the horse power somewhere close to the 572hp found in the Audi RS6.

Unfortunately, the video is in Dutch but at least you can see the new 7-Series. I think it looks just amazing and will look perfect in black with black rims. I wonder how the new 7-series will compete with the Mercedes-Benz S-Class. I personally like the S class more and hope this new BMW can compete. Our good friends at BMWblog found a video of the new BMW 7 series testing at Nürburgring. To me the car seems a bit longer and seems to have this Bentley look. The exhausts also remind me of the Lexus LS460. What do you think of the new 7 series?

Last weekend at the European Tour’s BMW International Open held in Munich, BMW decided to tease us even more when it comes to the new 2009 BMW 7 Series, by placing a large banner on the golf course. You can’t see much or tell much and I hate to guess or stir rumors. I like headlights it looks like the Audi R8 signature headlights but wrapped in a circle.

Here is a picture of an artists renderings of what it might look and I think it looks nice. No official images have been leaked of the CSL and no specs. The car is rumored to be released late 2009-late 2010. How many hp do you think the CSL will have and what features?
