Dr.Ulrich Bez is the CEO of Aston Martin and the guy behind the Aston Martin One-77. AutoCar got an exclusive interview with him about the One-77. Here is a refresher of the engine: Engineers modified the standard 6.0 L V-12 engine available in the DB9 and Vanquish. Displacement has increased to 7.3 L, but total mass has been reduced by 25%; that’s in edition to an overall slim weight figure at 3,300 lbs. Horsepower peaks at the 700 mark and top speed is said to pass 200 mph. A six-speed paddle-shift gearbox is mated to the Aston/Cosworth engine, and helps to kick the car to sixty in three and a half seconds

Aston Martin brought its One-77 supercar to Italy’s Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este.  The car was a show-stopper, even among the avant-garde audience in attendance.  With just seventy-seven examples to be built, the One-77 is the fastest and most exclusve street car the UK concern has ever created.  Engineers modified the standard 6.0 L V-12 engine available in the DB9 and Vanquish.  Displacement has increased to 7.3 L, but total mass has been reduced by 25%; that’s in edition to an overall slim weight figure at 3,300 lbs.  Horsepower peaks at the 700 mark and top speed is said to pass 200 mph.  A six-speed paddle-shift gearbox is mated to the Aston/Cosworth engine, and helps to kick the car to sixty in three and a half seconds.  Final pricing is unknown, but will be in the seven-figure range.

[Video]AUDI R8 VS PORSCHE 997 TURBO VS ASTON MARTIN V8 VANTAGE

This is a really cool comparison test. They take these super cars and give some tests and find out which is the best car overall. I like all three but I would take the Audi R8 over all of them. Once the Audi R8 V10 comes out, then it’ll blow the other cars out of competition. I mean come on look at those headlights, this has to be the sexiest car. What would you take?

Kobe Bryant jumps over moving Aston Martin

No,Kobe did not jeopardize the lakers future with this commercial. This is not real but sure does look real. To hype up Kobes new shoes, Nike made this commercial where an Aston Martin goes right at Kobe Bryant who jumps over it, in his new light weight shoes. And for those asking if this is still real,Kobe told a local newspaper "Hollywood Baby" when asked how he did it. Kobe did really jump that high though, to me it looks like the Aston Martin drove by his side. You be the judge, What do you think?
