Video: Kazakhstani transforms Mercedes E-class into Rolls-Royce Phantom!

This is supposedly in Kazakhistan and the car appears to be a mid 80′s E-class. I’ve seen a lot of awful conversions but this one I feel was done great. It looks to be in great shape and looks exactly like a phantom. I think they did a great job except for the interior. I wouldn’t mind driving this around.
