Buick Jumps Head-First into the Compact Segment

Buick just won’t relent on its pursuit of Lexus.  After bringing the RX-hunting Enclave and ES-fighting LaCrosse, Buick unveiled illustrations of a new compact hatch.  This is a big issue for two reasons: one, it comes just after Lexus rolled out its own LF-Ch hatch for Europe; and, two, the “Avant” concept shown appears to relieve concerns the proposed small car would be no more than a rebadged Chevy.
