BMW Planning Big for the Coming Decade

BMW isn’t resting on its laurels; the German luxury giant is being proactive in restructuring itself for a greener era.  Besides it electric Mini and hybrid SUVs, BMW will be developing a dedicated EV division specializing in compact passenger cars.  BMW is also putting its Mini platform on loan to Peugeot-Citroen for that business’s sub-compact product development.  This all comes following BMW’s reported 3 cyl. petrol engine set for the next-gen 1 and 3 series.
