Cop Car of the Future Finds a Home

Carbon Motors has chosen the Indiana town of Connersville to be the development site for its E7.  The E7 will be the first modern purpose-built and dedicated police cruiser.  It is equipped with a 300 hp/420 ft-lb. diesel engine capable of reaching sixty in 6.5 sec.  The engine is built not only for exceptional performance, but also high fuel economy (upper twenties combined) and durability (up to 250,000 mi.).  Expect the E7 to reach service within the next three years.
