The Galpin X1 evokes the name and appearance of the legendary Air Force test plane. With all the equipment we can see here, this X1 may be just as able to hit Mach 1 as the jet it’s named after. The X1 is more about style than it is about substance–the actual cockpit is hooked up with special monitors and a flight stick. That’s hardly legal–but still pretty cool.

Again, what a complete waste of money. What are they thinking? Do they really believe that in this economy that’s the reason to join the military? Why don’t they just offer a trust fund complete with a hot bride that only obeys and never complains. Along with that how about a free ticket to not deal with real life! A ridiculous expenditure. I am so happy that they decided to let go of 40,000 airmen. Yep, its FORCE SHAPING alright.
