To Edco, right on. I appreciate what you wrote dude. I own a 2010 2SS white ass beast. I love it and can't see me driving any other muscle car. That's my choice.
To everyone else, here's the truth. The Dodge sounds the best by far. The Ford is damned impressive kicking out the HP per CI of engine as well as a solid sounding exhaust. As for style, this is where i think the Camaro owns everyone. It DOES NOT look like a Mustang nor where the looks stolen from Mustang. In my opinion, it is the most comfortable of the three. Although no Cadillac, it isn't cheap inside and honestly I pit it as even vs the Mustang and ahead of the Dodge. For the most part, the three are a wash, there is and was a shit ton of hype around the camaro which still explains the high sales numbers. The Transformers didn't hurt. What did hurt, were those a hole dealers charging a premium and people like me swearing them off for life. Got mine on pre-order in 2009 for around $750 under sticker when others were paying up to 5k over! Also why i bought my truck from them. Anyway, they're all fast as hell, sexy and full of memories of the past and of those to come, period. Using stupid arguments of the reason a car is bad is because the company who made it went through barkruptcy proceedings is as stupid as you sound. That would make Dodge products equivalent to the Ford Pinto. Yes, I drove one in HS which made me swear off all Fords for life. Enjoy these cars and enjoy these days because I think they are numbered!

I have a '07 GT naturally aspirated but modded with deep dish bullit wheels 10"w, 275-40-18 performance rubber x 4, short shifter, alum drive shaft,true-trac diff, center-force clutch, and a bunch of rpm mods, plus a lot of suspension brands. I respect the camaro drivers and their cars, we have something in common, cars! We are the same. I have been in some street races with Chevys of all types, those guys just can't stand the sight of a happy mustang driver. Here is what I learned: there are no rules in street racing, the winner is the crazier driver, and I am glad we all avoided jail and wrecks and I let 'em pass now. If nothing else, they trip the radar up ahead. I will tell you what sucks, tickets! ( 3 of 'em) Anyway if camaro owners are as happy as I then we are all happy. The GT is a good owners experience: fuel economy, price of car, price of insurance, defect free quality, performance, handling, style, super sound, sat- radio, leather buckets, etc=an overall winner. Mustang is not a super-car, a ZR1, Z06, GT3,911, BMW+ models etc. but it is something to drive that is Steve McQueen cool and affordable. I modded the car because I like working on cars and the upgrades make me like the car more. GM says 2010 Camaro makes Mustang primitive. I agree, at least for the '07 GT. A mustang is a hot rod: T3650-5 speed, 8.8" solid axle, long hood, short rear deck, fast back roof, rwd V8, dual growl exhausts, US built, clean lines-steel body, to me that is the definition of a hot rod. All this sync, IRS, Jaguar-like wood-chrome interior, LCD dash, blue tooth, DVD screen, GPS, hands free phones, paddle shifters, 6-7 speeds, leather with lace, auto everything, is stuff that does not belong in a hot rod. I have wrangled with two of the above mentioned high end sports cars and held my place to 135 mph.
But that is all. Those true sports cars run 175-205mph, I cannot use that level of performance For $26,5K ($2K off sticker)for an '07 GT, mustang is a good buy in $/ft-lb ratio.
Drive safe men, I am, well, at least I am trying real hard.

Ford, Chevy and Dodge owners need to stop fighting and focus on the damn imports. I personally love the Mustang, Camaro and Challenger, but I can't stand those stupid ass rice-mobiles that sound like a pissed off lawnmower. Domestics unite!
