Lamborghini to sell swimwear in O.C.
Yes, I said Lamborghini. In a few months, the luxury sports car maker will for the first time sell men’s and women’s swimwear in its U.S. dealerships, including its lone O.C. location in Santa Ana. The Italian made bikini picture above goes for $148, probably the cheapest Lamborghini product. Automobili Lamborghini ArtiMarca, which today includes clothing and accessories, was launched in Italy in 1999. Later, Lamborghini started selling items, including T-shirts, sweatshirts and hats, in its U.S. dealerships. But the big marketing push to let people know about its clothing line didn’t began until fall 2007. This is just funny, I think is a step to compete with Ferrari products which I see everywhere now like, shoes,cologne and even a laptop. Would you buy Lamborghini apparel?[Source:OC Register]
